Your domain name: the address
The name people type, like og93.com. You rent it, usually for a year at a time, and it must be renewed. Lose it, and you lose your address.

You run your business, I run the technical side of your website: hosting, WordPress, domain name, business email, security and backups, all explained in plain language.
Short answer: a webmaster looks after your website day to day, the way a caretaker looks after a building: updates, repairs, security, and making sure the lights stay on. Hosting, domain name, business email and backups are all part of the job.
Longer answer: a website is not a “build it once and forget it” thing. Software needs updates, passwords need protecting, security certificates expire, domain names must be renewed and emails must actually reach their destination. If nobody takes care of all this, things break quietly, usually at the worst moment. I am the person you call, or better, the person who makes the call unnecessary.
No tech vocabulary required. If I use a technical word, I will translate it for you (there is a small dictionary further down this page, just in case).
Three things work together behind every website. Once you know them, everything gets simpler:
The name people type, like og93.com. You rent it, usually for a year at a time, and it must be renewed. Lose it, and you lose your address.
The computer (server) where your website files and emails live, running day and night. Good hosting is fast, secure and backed up.
DNS tells the internet where to find your website and where to deliver your emails. One wrong setting and your site disappears or your emails vanish.
Pick what you need, or hand over the whole technical side:
Choosing, setting up and managing your hosting (Hostinger, cPanel-based hosts and more): files, databases, performance and server settings.
Regular checks, small changes, fixes and content updates, so your website stays working, fast and up to date.
Safe updates of WordPress, themes and plugins, clean-up of what you do not use, and fixes when something breaks.
Professional addresses like you@yourcompany.com, mailboxes, forwarding and the technical settings that keep your emails out of spam.
Protection against attacks, secure logins, a security certificate (HTTPS) and regular backups you can actually restore.
Registering, renewing and transferring domains, and configuring the DNS records that connect your website and your email.
Here is what changes when someone reliable looks after the technical side:
You stop worrying about updates, expiring domains or “what if the site goes down”. Someone is watching.
Regular maintenance keeps your site quick and working properly, instead of slowly breaking.
Updates, protected logins and regular backups reduce the risk of being hacked and the pain if it happens.
Correct email settings help your messages reach your customers' inboxes instead of their spam folders.
No more bouncing between your host, your domain registrar and your email provider. I deal with all of them for you.
Domains, certificates and subscriptions are tracked and renewed on time, so your site never disappears by accident.
No black box. Here is how it usually goes:
I make an inventory of everything: who owns the domain, where the site is hosted, which WordPress version and plugins you use, how email is set up, what is backed up and what is at risk.
Strong passwords, two-step login, correct accounts, HTTPS and a first backup. The essentials first, before anything else.
I update WordPress, themes and plugins, remove what you do not use and fix errors and slowdowns.
Automatic backups, an update schedule, uptime monitoring and renewal reminders, so things happen without anyone having to remember.
I handle regular maintenance and small changes, and I am there when something needs attention.
I tell you in plain language what was done and what could be improved next, so you always know where you stand.
Hosting companies love jargon. Here is the decoder:
A web developer builds your website or app. A webmaster looks after it day to day: updates, hosting, security, backups, email and domains. I do both, so if you need a new site or just someone to keep your current one healthy, you deal with the same person.
Updates fix security holes and bugs. According to Patchstack's 2026 report, about nine in ten of the new WordPress vulnerabilities found in 2025 were in plugins, not in WordPress itself, and attackers can start exploiting a newly published flaw within hours. Keeping everything updated, and using fewer plugins, is one of the best protections you have.
It depends on how often it changes: daily for a site with frequent updates or orders, weekly for a rarely changing site. Copies should be stored away from the server itself, and restoring one should be tested from time to time, because a backup you have never tested is only a hope.
Yes, if you want to look credible. An address like you@yourcompany.com inspires more trust than a free webmail address, and it is yours to keep even if you change provider. I set it up and configure it correctly so that your messages arrive.
The usual cause is missing or wrong email authentication records (SPF, DKIM and DMARC). Major email providers now expect them, and without them your messages can be filtered as spam or rejected. I can check your settings and fix the DNS records.
It depends on your site, your budget and your needs. Hostinger offers its own control panel (hPanel), while many other hosting companies use cPanel, the best-known panel. Both let you manage files, databases, domains and emails. I work with both and will recommend what fits your project, not what is trendy.
You. They should be registered in your name, with your email address, so you are never locked in. I can manage them for you with administrator access, and you stay the owner.
With monitoring and alerts, we notice quickly. Then I restore from a clean backup, find how it happened, clean up and strengthen the weak point. No one can promise that nothing will ever happen, but good preparation makes the difference between a bad hour and a bad week.
It depends on the size of your site, the number of plugins, how often it changes, what monitoring and backups you need and how fast you want me to respond. You can have a monthly plan or one-off interventions. Tell me about your site and I will give you a clear quote.
Real reviews from people I have worked with.
Tell me about your website, your domain and your email: what you have today and what keeps you awake at night. We will start with a simple check-up. No jargon, no pressure.
